My Story
I know what it takes to build something from nothing — and what it costs when the foundations aren't right.
I launched my first business from a back bedroom with no savings and a borrowed camera. Fifteen years later, I had grown it into a nationally recognised, award-winning agency — collecting accolades including Business Woman of the Year, Property Business Woman of the Year, and Best UK Agency along the way — before selling part of the business for a six-figure sum.
But that journey taught me something no business school covers. That the health of a business is inseparable from the health of the people leading it. And that most leadership problems — the ones quietly costing companies their culture, their growth, and their best people — are hiding in plain sight.
Most of the CEOs and founders I work with are not failing. They're succeeding — and drowning in it. The business has grown faster than the structure around it. The team that worked brilliantly at twenty people doesn't function the same at fifty. Delegation feels harder than just doing it yourself. The senior team is capable but not quite clicking. And somewhere in the middle of all of it, the person at the top is carrying more than anyone around them realises.
That's not a strategy problem. It's a people and operations problem. And it's exactly where I thrive.
I've walked into growing businesses and found toxic culture hiding behind a strong revenue line — and rebuilt their values into something measurable, enforceable, and actually believed in. I've created communication frameworks that changed how leadership teams talk to each other and the businesses they run. I've sat with founders paralysed by their own ambition, built them a structured change agenda, and watched them execute with a clarity they didn't think was possible.
The results are tangible. Lower turnover. Cleaner accountability. Senior teams that lead rather than wait. And founders who finally feel like they're running the business — rather than the other way around.
My approach is direct, instinctive, and grounded in real experience. I ask the questions others don't think to ask. I see what's actually going on — in the business, in the team, and in the leader running it all.
Because I've been that leader.
I know what it's like to run on empty, to carry a business on your back, to make decisions under pressure with no one in your corner. In my mid-twenties, whilst building my company on 14-hour days, I was diagnosed with several chronic autoimmune conditions. Doctors told me lifestyle changes would make little difference. I'd need medication for life.
I didn't accept that.
Through disciplined research, and an unrelenting drive to understand how the human body and mind actually perform under pressure, I reversed both conditions. Today, in my forties, I am symptom-free, medication-free, and the strongest — physically and mentally — I have ever been.
That experience shapes everything about how I work. Because I understand that behind every business problem, there is usually a people problem. And behind every people problem, there is usually a leader carrying more than anyone realises.
I don't just consult on your business. I work with the whole picture
