My Story

I know what it takes to build something from nothing and what it costs when the foundations aren't right.

I started my first business from a back bedroom with no savings and a borrowed camera. Fifteen years later, I had built it into a nationally recognised, award winning agency, earning accolades including Business Woman of the Year, Property Business Woman of the Year, and Best UK Agency, before selling part of the business for a six figure sum.

Along the way, I learned that many of the challenges growing businesses face are not purely strategic. More often, they sit at the intersection of people, leadership, culture, and operations.

Most of the CEOs and founders I work with are not failing. They're succeeding, yet drowning in it. The business has grown faster than the structure around it. The team that worked brilliantly at twenty people doesn't function the same at fifty or two hundred. Delegation feels harder than doing it yourself. The senior team is capable but not quite clicking. Somewhere in the middle of it all, the person at the top is carrying more than anyone around them realises.

That's exactly where I thrive.

My approach is grounded in real experience. I've been the founder working long hours, making difficult decisions, and carrying the weight of growth. During that time, I was also diagnosed with chronic health conditions. Refusing to accept that my future would be defined by them, I immersed myself in understanding human performance, wellbeing, and resilience, ultimately reversing both conditions through disciplined lifestyle changes.

That experience shapes how I work today. Because behind many business challenges is a people dimension worth exploring, and behind that is often a leader carrying more than anyone can see.
